Our company has successfully developing a fully automatic rice tray seedling cultivation and sowing assembly line. After entering the market, the prices of similar imported products have significantly decreased. This product adopts spiral seeding technology, replacing the internationally commonly used linear seeding with spiral seeding, achieving alternating spiral filling and seeding, greatly improving sowing uniformity. It also has the advantages of a wide range of sowing rate adjustment, small sowing rate precision, and high sowing uniformity. It is widely used for seedling cultivation and sowing of conventional rice, hybrid rice, and super rice. On this basis, we have also developed supporting automatic hanging machine, base plate machine, centralized soil supply equipment, and artificial intelligence palletizing robot, providing a complete set of technical equipment to achieve intelligent operation of factory seedling cultivation, save labor and cost, and increase work efficiency. Our company's independently developed and mass-produced paddy field weeding machine replaces chemical weeding with mechanical weeding, reducing environmental pollution and avoiding soil compaction. It is an essential equipment for planting organic rice. The machine is small in size, light in weight, lightweight and easy to move, economical and practical. The annual output is about 3000 units and is exported to multiple countries and regions in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
Our company has developed and produced a tea garden highland gap field management machine in view of the domestic vacancy of mechanized production of cash crop, especially the serious shortage of tea production machinery. This product solves the key problem of prominent crop conflicts and insufficient growth period of rapeseed in the rice oil rotation area of the Yangtze River Basin, and is of great significance for expanding winter rapeseed planting.
